I Heart Asian Movies: The Masseur

The Masseur (Masahista) is a 2005 Filipino film written and directed by Cannes' Best Director Awardee Brillante Mendoza. The movie stars award-winning Filipino actor Coco Martin (dubbed as Philippines' Prince of Indie Films). Other casts includes Jacklyn Jose, Allan Paule, Katherine Luna and John Paul Sacedor. It gained recognition from various award giving bodies and film festivals including best movie and best actor award for Coco Martin from Young Critics Circle. This film is about a young man who gives massages to gay men in Manila and had a relationship.
